Cindy partners with organizations to upskill facilitators, maximize online learning design, and facilitate actionable virtual training and hybrid learning.

Cindy has written six acclaimed books on virtual training including The Virtual Training Guidebook: How to Design, Deliver, and Implement Live Online Learning,  Virtual Training Tools and Templates: An Action Guide to Live Online Learning, The Facilitator’s Guide to Immersive, Blended and Hybrid Learning, and Designing Virtual Learning for Application and Impact.

Cindy is a sought-after conference speaker and has presented multiple times at the ATD International Conference, TechKnowledge, and CORE4. Her online webcasts have been attended by thousands of people around the globe. And she’s one of only a handful of worldwide facilitators who delivers ATD’s Master Trainer and Master Instructional Designer Programs.

Cindy holds a Master’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh, served on the global ATD Board of Directors, and was one of the first to earn the prestigious Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP, now CPTD) designation. Based in Raleigh, NC, Cindy serves clients globally.
