Mechelle Roberthon is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and is the 2022 past-president of the Association of Talent Development Baton Rouge (Louisiana) chapter. Her background includes training delivery, performance improvement, managing learning programs, and interpersonal/business/personal skills. Currently, she is pursuing a Doctorate of Education (Ed.D) in Learning and Organizational Change from Baylor University. She holds a Masters of Science (MS) in Education with a specialization in Training and Performance Improvement. Mechelle is also an experienced career and professional development instructor.
