Swafia is the President and CEO of SALA Creative Consulting LLC a Human Capital Management consulting firm. Swafia is an expert at designing and implementing talent acquisition, talent development, instructional design and organizational development programs. Swafia supports her clients by identifying challenge areas within the organization and working collaboratively to develop and implement effective solutions. Swafia holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland and a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
