James is the Director of Data Science at Degreed where he leads a team focused on leveraging analytics and machine learning to improve the experience of the learner. Prior, he was the Director of Insights & Analytics at O'Reilly Media, and Manager on the Analytics Team at Wayfair. In both roles he was involved in data engineering, analysis and empowering the business with data and insights. James has a BS in Computer Science from Northeastern University and an MBA from Boston College.
