Steve’s experience includes research focusing on topics ranging from intellectual property to government contracting. Prior to joining ALM, Steve was a Senior Advanced Research Analyst at Deltek, Inc. where he supported federal public sector contractors in their business development, market analysis, and competitive intelligence efforts by providing custom research reports analyzing the federal government contracting market. A member of the District of Columbia Bar, Steve holds a JD from the West Virginia University College of Law and a BA (summa cum laude) in History and Political Science from West Virginia University.
