Jennifer Crowfoot, MSc, is the Learning Leader for Baker Tilly’s Consulting Practice, where she is responsible for developing and deploying functional and technical training solutions to meet the needs for continuous development of the Consulting Practitioners. Jennifer has over 25 years of learning and development experience in various industries, focusing on facilitation, curriculum development, adult learning, communications, and change management. Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Speech Communication and a Master of Science in Educational Human Development both from Texas A&M University.   Jennifer was the 2008 recipient of the Learning Leader of the Year Award at Perspectives, and her team received the Learning in Emerging Business Achievement Award in 2010. Jennifer has also participated as a speaker and panelist at several Learning & Development conferences/events
