Beth Jackson is president of Fluor University. Fluor University oversees a collection of frameworks established by deans of functional colleges to aid employees in their career development. University services include video distance learning, instructor led courses, online learning, and a website to host these services.
Since joining Fluor in 1980, Beth has served in a variety of roles in Talent Development, Human Resources and Finance in several locations.
Prior to her current role, Beth led Talent Development for the Eastern Americas. Her responsibilities included facilitating the Eastern Region Development Forum, leadership development programs, Fluor University training, and the U.S. tuition assistance program.
Before moving to Greenville, Beth led Talent Development programs for the Fluor Hanford project in Richland, Washington, and she facilitated Fluor’s Government Group development programs. Prior to that, she was Human Resources Manager in the Richland Operations office, and earlier, she served as People and Organizational Development Manager in that office.
Previous experience also includes Human Resources Manager for Fluor’s Cincinnati “PACE” office and Staffing Manager for the Fernald project in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Beth’s career with Fluor began in Houston in Finance. She later moved into Human Resources and served in a variety of roles, including college recruiting, HR generalist, and Employment Manager.
Beth is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Rehabilitation. She has a Master of Liberal Arts degree from Houston Baptist University and PHR certification.
