Nathan Pienkowski, Ph.D. is a partner and co-founder of BCL, a Durham-based learning and development (L&D) agency. Nathan has a doctorate in instructional design and has been designing high impact learning solutions for almost 25 years for a variety of organizations, including Google, Intuit, Johnson & Johnson and WHO. Nathan led the development of Feedback Academy, bringing his expertise and passion for driving real behavior change to the skill of feedback – an ongoing challenge in organizations in all industries.
