Dan is passionate about creating opportunities for individuals to grow and succeed, and has had the honor to work with a variety of populations seeking to achieve greatness in their field. Currently, he is the Program Manager for the Military Pipeline Programs with CHRISTUS Health that helps build bridges between the military community and CHRISTUS Health for career and education opportunities. Before assuming this role, Dan was a Talent Development and Culture Consultant for CHRISTUS Health focusing on leadership development, change management initiatives, and hospital leadership interventions. Dan continues to support many of the leadership initiatives and interventions at CHRISTUS facilities across South Texas, and loves making an impact in the lives of our frontline healthcare providers through his MA in Performance Psychology and MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology background, which informs much of his work.
