Meghan has over ten years’ experience working for global Fortune 500 companies in the areas of Security, Safety, L&D, and Talent Management. Most recently, she is the Manager of Talent Management for CRH Americas helping to support the talent process for nearly 40,000 employees across North America. In her role, Meghan focuses on performance management, leadership development including coaching and assessments, talent reviews, and the early-in-career development program.

Meghan has her Master’s Degree in Organizational Development from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies and Spanish from The Ohio State University, Go Bucks! She lives in Cleveland, Ohio with her 4-year-old Golden Retriever, Penny.
