Kimberly Kilby recently retired as the Director of Curriculum for Professional Development at a major insurance company. She brings over 20 years of experience in the learning and development space. Her experience ranges from instructional design, e-learning design/development, in-person and virtual facilitation to curriculum management and coaching. Kim’s primary focus is around helping managers and employees continue their personal development journey so they can be the best version of themselves. Kim holds the CPLP credential, numerous coaching and facilitation certifications as well as a BA from St Leo University.
