Brenda McNabb is the VP of service and development for Clarity Consultants, where she interfaces with Clarity’s talent management/identification team and the senior business development team to support the sales process and identify top L&D consulting talent for Fortune 500 clients. She has been with Clarity since 2000 but stepped away in 2006–2007 to take on the lead recruiter role for Google’s strategy and business operations, corporate development, and new business development teams working with the company’s top business minds. Prior to joining Clarity, she was a registered environmental assessor and senior project manager in environmental consulting for 10+ years, working with corporations and government entities on soil and groundwater contamination studies and remediation, and the performance of environmental site assessment studies. Brenda holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies and a minor in economics from San Jose State University. She is also a professional voiceover talent represented by Stars The Agency in San Francisco, CA.
