Russ Hill is the co-founder of Lone Rock Leadership and creator of Lead In 30, a leadership development program that drives results through the competencies of clarity, alignment, and movement. He travels the world coaching Fortune 100 executives and sharing practical tools like LeaderOS, which helps leaders build high-performing cultures. Russ’s journey began with a humbling moment early in his career when he was ranked the lowest-performing leader in his company. Determined to grow, he immersed himself in leadership training at Gallup and Wharton, eventually rising to oversee national media operations.
Russ is the author of The Great Resignation, Remoteability, and Decide to Lead, and hosts The Lead In 30 Podcast. When he’s not working with leaders at companies like Amazon, Walmart, General Motors, and Lockheed Martin, he enjoys life in Arizona with his wife and four kids—often escaping to the lake or mountains for adventure and downtime.
