Currently, Jeff serves as the Senior LMS & eLearning Specialist at Cottage Health while also working as a freelance learning strategist.

As a PhD candidate in Instructional Technology at Northern Illinois University, Jeff's dissertation research focuses on how instructional designers utilize AI in their professional work.
