Rajkamal Vempati is the head of human resources with ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company, the largest private sector general insurance company in India. She is responsible for talent identification, leadership development, performance management, and reward practices. She also spearheads the organization culture improvement initiatives. Rajkamal has been associated with ICICI Lombard since 2009.She previously worked with ICICI Prudential Life, where she was a key member of the HR team, handling talent identification, performance management, and compensation.

Rajkamal is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur and is a recipient of the NIPM medal for academic excellence. She is also a member of CII Human Resource & Training Sub-Committee (Western Region). She started her career with Hewitt Associates post, where she joined the global HR Leadership Program at GE Capital.
