Join ATD Certification Institute (ATD CI) staff Diane Daly and Melissa Washington for an overview of the CPLP program.

Diane and Melissa will present information about the program’s policies, eligibility, the CPLP exam, the CPLP Work Product assessment, and recertification. Diane and Melissa will also answer questions from participants. This webcast is for individuals who would like to learn more about the CPLP program.

Diane Daly

Senior Project Manager, ATD

Diane has worked with ATD since October 2005. She has baccalaureate degrees in mathematics and economics. The CPLP program is the third credentialing program that Diane has managed, and she has worked in the credentialing field for 25 years. For the CPLP program, Diane manages program infrastructure, including the candidate database system, revenue, statistical analyses, metrics, groups, and international candidates. She is also the business intelligence adviser for the program.


Melissa Washington
Melissa Washington

Communications Specialist, ATD

Melissa Washington is the communications specialist at ATD. She is the primary point person for the ATD Awards program, and provides support to the organization through internal and external communications and public relations. Melissa has also written several blogs and articles, which can be found on the ATD website and in TD magazine. She is the program manager for the Employee Learning Week initiative. Melissa also supports the ATD CI team by handling recertification, Work Product submissions, and general inquires related to the CPLP exam.

Melissa received a BA in communications from Wake Forest University and is currently pursuing an MS in management with a specialization in public relations from the University of Maryland University College.
