Robert Schaefer is a program manager and learning leader for Raytheon Professional Services, a unit of Raytheon Company. He possesses more than 20 years of experience in the field of learning and development; for the past 15 years, he has worked with companies to identify, develop, and implement learning management system (LMS) applications. Bob has led numerous LMS implementations, consulted and developed curriculums, managed training administration teams, and helped manage and develop two training software applications. Additionally, he has led multiple teams in analyzing and developing projects to migrate multiple learning systems into one common talent management system. He has also helped customers cleanse their learning data to better optimize the user experience. Bob’s industry experience includes technology, defense, financial, utilities, and healthcare customers.
Bob is a certified Program Management Professional with more than 3,500 hours of project management. He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin.
