Jonathan Stermac is the acting team lead of the talent assessment research and development team at Multi-Health Systems (MHS). Jonathan’s work at MHS includes the EQ-i 2.0 Higher Education Report, Global Norms, and Pearman Personality Integrator. Previously, Jonathan worked as a consultant while completing his master’s degree in industrial-organizational psychology from the University of Guelph.
Adam Zuccato is a partner relations consultant with the talent assessment team at Multi-Health Systems (MHS). Adam’s work at MHS includes representing MHS at all regional and national events, such as International Coach Federation’s events. Adam has helped launch and bring awareness to the Pearman Personality Integrator, EQ-i 2.0 Higher Education Report, EQ-i 2.0 Leadership Report, and Risk Type Compass. Adam attended the University of Guelph, where he graduated with honors, earning a degree in sociology and minoring in psychology. He also completed his degree in corporate communications from York University.
