As a learning professional, you need to be well versed in how adult learning principles serve as the foundation for the work you do. Achieving desired results depends on you being able to provide the rationale for why you are applying various learning strategies.
This webcast will focus on how the new On-Demand Adult Learning Certificate Program can help you move from being able to describe what adult learning is to how application of its principles can influence the success of your organization. Questions we will strive to answer include:

  • Is this the right program for you?
  • What does this new on-demand certificate program offer?
  • What are the benefits to you?
  • What are the options for experiencing the program?
  • How can you apply the concepts to achieve success?
