Williams attended the University of Louisville where he studied psychology and is a Certified Product Owner (CSPO).

Mr. Bosnak brings over 15 years of computer expertise to SiteHawk that includes programming, technical support, and over 11 years of computer instruction at Draughons Junior College and Kaplan university. Since joining SiteHawk, he has focused his efforts on customer technical support, application user education, application testing, and network support. Mr. Bosnak earned his B.S. from Middle Tennessee State University, his A.S. in Computer Programming from Draughons Junior College and his M.S. in Communications Technology from Strayer University.
