Many of us question whether we can find a position, career, and organization that we fit into. Does it really exist? What does it look like? How do I find it? In this webcast, we will take a look at the puzzle pieces that make up finding your fit. Reflecting on and knowing yourself is a big factor in this equation. What are your strengths, motivators, and values and how do they determine your fit? Once you understand yourself better you can look for positions, careers, and organizations where you can contribute your best self. Please join us on a journey of self-discovery to help you make better decisions with your current and future opportunities.

By the end of the webcast, you will:

  • Identify your strengths, motivators, and values.
  • Discover three areas to evaluate with every position.
  • Analyze your current position.
  • Identify how to create fit in your current position or look for fit in a future position.
