This webcast dives into ATD’s latest research on talent development in the finance industry, sharing findings from ATD’s 2019 State of Finance Training.

Based on a survey of banks, credit unions, and other organizations, this webcast offers benchmarking data on talent development activities such as learning expenditure, training delivery methods, and annual learning hours. By exploring how these metrics compare to those of organizations in other industries, attendees will discover what makes talent development in finance unique. The webcast also examines how finance organizations approach training topics in key areas such as compliance, customer service, and data security.

Lastly, the webcast shares how changes in the finance industry—such as the 2007-2008 financial crisis and the regulations that followed—have affected talent development activities.
