More companies are moving to agile working processes because of the digital revolution and transforming nature of working across borders. Instead of strict hierarchies, organizations like Gore, ING, and Spotify are changing how they work to become more collaborative and enable effective decision making.

For HR teams, this means creating ways to support cross-functional teams as well as designing systems that move and adapt as fast as the company so employees can continue to grow and develop.

Join us on May 5 at 2 p.m. ET or 11 a.m. PT for an interactive webcast with Culture Amp's senior people scientist Sahra Kaboli-Nejad and Culture Amp's lead customer success coach, Brit Ferguson. We’ll dive deeply into this mindset shift and how you can set up your teams and company for success.

You’ll come away learning:

  • what is causing this structural change in the workplace
  • what agile performance management looks like
  • best practices for creating processes that enable and support agile growth.
