Inclusion has never been more critical to business success. Your employees demand it. Your retention strategy depends on it. Your company’s ability to innovate and survive hangs in the balance. But success depends on one key factor: leadership.
Yet only 31% of employees say that their leaders promote an inclusive environment. As L&D professionals, you can begin by developing the leadership skills that set the tone for inclusion. In doing so, it’s important to not only focus on the right skills, but also provide a safe yet challenging space for learning.

Join DDI’s D&I experts, Julie Yoon and Sage Krombolz, to explore:

  • Seven essential behaviors every leader needs to operate with an inclusive mindset
  • Practical recommendations for how facilitators can promote diversity of thought in the classroom, and ensure leaders of all background feel included and safe in the classroom
  • Ways to support leaders at every step of the learning process

Product Manager, DDI

Sage Krombolz is an inclusion and diversity (I&D) product manager at DDI where she spends her days building virtual reality and diversity and inclusion offerings that aim to revolutionize the way we develop leaders. She also chairs DDI’s internal inclusion and diversity council, which endeavors to build and execute a strong I&D strategy for our global workforce.
