Employees are more likely to support a workplace change initiative when they have opportunities to meaningfully contribute to the effort. Yet far too often, employees feel like change is something that’s happening to them instead of something that they are an active participant in. During this webinar, we’ll explore ways that you can help your organization create opportunities for employees at all levels to more fully participate in change projects. You’ll see that when employees have the chance to engage in real work that’s needed to help an effort progress, they’ll develop change management skills and may begin actively advocating for the change.

Kathryn Zukof is a learning and organizational development practitioner and educator with over 30 years of experience in industries ranging from manufacturing to higher education to technology services. Her work focuses on helping organizations create and implement innovative approaches to leadership development and succession management, foster an environment of continuous learning, and plan and navigate through transformational change. Before she transitioned to a career in L&OD, Kathryn held management roles in client relations, product development, and marketing in the technology services sector. She is also the author of The Hard and Soft Side of Change Management (ATD Press 2020).

Kathryn has a PhD in social psychology and an MBA in marketing. She has taught graduate and undergraduate courses in industrial and organizational psychology, research methods, and marketing.
