A hybrid team is one where a manager oversees employees who work from a central office or location, as well as employees who work remotely at another location (for example, a home office or in the field). A hybrid team can also include employees who rotate between being in the central office and another location (for example, employees who work in the central office three days a week and remotely two days a week).
