New ATD research shows that the use of organizational mentorship programs has increased by 19 percentage points since 2017. In addition, more than half of organizations surveyed have more than one mentorship program; nearly one quarter have four or more programs.

ATD’s report Mentoring for Success: Supporting Growth and Development notes the benefits of mentoring programs for employees and employers: They can increase job satisfaction and engagement for employees, and for organizations, they can result in lower turnover and stronger organizational culture. Mentoring can also enhance employees’ leadership and management skills.

During this webinar, we’ll discuss results from the new ATD report that focuses on mentoring programs sponsored and managed by an employee’s organization. The report draws on a sample of 295 organizations to investigate key questions about mentoring programs, provide benchmarking data, and highlight best practices.
