Craig works with global and regional clients to consult on learning requirements, architect learning solutions, and promote modern learning techniques to provide engaging learner experiences. In addition, he specializes in analyzing existing programs identifying areas to improve the learner experience, such as taking substantial classroom-based programs and moving them to outcomes-based curricula that encompasses online learning, virtual classrooms, “on-the-job” learning, and experiential workshops.
Craig has worked extensively with global financial institutions to create key leadership learning programs, role-based learning success summaries, and learner journeys for several key risk roles. Additionally, he provides thought leadership both internally and externally around modern learning techniques, such as design thinking, journey design, and event-based learning.
Laura has over 20 years of experience in learning, working with multiple award-winning, global organizations to deliver impactful, effective, and scalable creative solutions. She’s a problem solver with a true passion for human-centered design and has worked with clients to run workshops on design thinking that transform learning teams from order takers into trusted advisors. Laura is confident and focused with strong communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills. She listens to and understands her clients’ requirements and offers creative solutions.
