Morgean Hirt
Morgean Hirt

Director of Credentialing, Association for Talent Development

As director of credentialing for the Association of Talent Development (ATD), Morgean Hirt has more than 25 years of experience in personnel certification and accreditation across a variety of professions. She provides strategic leadership and technical expertise in developing and implementing credentialing programs, focusing on test development, policy and standards development, program audits, strategic planning, and ANSI/ISO 17024 and NCCA accreditation. Believing that standards and certification enhance professionalism and credibility, Hirt has led a number of organizations through establishing industry standards for emerging professions, including clinical research, massage therapy, and mortgage brokering.

Prior to joining ATD, she served as an account executive at MetaCred, a boutique association management firm specializing in managing credentialing programs, and spent 12 years as president and CEO of Certified Fund Raising Executives International Credentialing Board, where she was responsible for establishing international support across six continents for a unified standard of fundraising practice. Hirt is also active with the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (ICE), having served as a member of the research fundraising committee, education committee, and annual conference program committee as well as a presenter at the ICE Exchange.


Samantha Stone
Samantha Stone

Learning and Organizational Development Program Director, Northwell Health

Samantha Stone, MA, APTD is a learning and organizational development program director at the Center for Learning and Innovation at Northwell Health. In her current role, she works in collaboration with subject matter experts across her organization to develop and deliver ongoing education that address the various needs of healthcare leaders throughout the leadership life cycle. She is also an active member of multiple committees and employee resource groups at her organization that promote wellness, diversity and inclusion, improving workplace culture, professional development, and community outreach. Prior to her role at Northwell Health, Samantha worked for a local City University of New York (CUNY) community college, developing curricula for and facilitating writing and test-preparatory workshops for students, including English language learners and students with disabilities. She earned a master’s degree in communications and is an APTD credential holder.


Otito Okpor
Otito Okpor

Associate Professor, Fairleigh Dickinson University

Otito Iwuchukwu is a multicultural educator, pharmacist, organizational psychologist, and career consultant, currently on faculty at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Florham Park, New Jersey.

Dr. Otito teaches clients how to align their various interests and strengths into fulfilling career paths. Using transformative learning experiences, she creates customized solutions to help individuals expand their perspectives and the possibilities of their passions and potential in their career journeys.

As an advocate for women in leadership in healthcare, she is passionate about mentoring underrepresented professionals from a holistic perspective, with impact extending beyond the workplace. A certified professional in talent development (CPTD), she leverages her international experience as a management consultant in her teaching, mentoring and coaching.
