Annie Lizenbergs, senior director of revenue in L&D at Highspot, has been running revenue L&D teams for the past 12 years, with a focus on delivering learning that is aligned to GTM and business priorities. She leverages modern learning strategies and optimizes for scale, and her experience touches onboarding, sales methodology, product training, leadership development, instructional design, and strategic certification. Prior to joining Highspot, Annie was a director of sales training at Quotient Technology.

Principal Consultant, Professional Services, Highspot

Kara Mangan is a principal consultant in strategic enablement services at Highspot. Prior to joining Highspot, Kara led sales enablement and marketing teams for Fifth Third Processing Solutions, Vantiv, and Worldpay / FIS. She works with companies to deliver strategic, scalable sales enablement programs that help drive consistent sales performance and results.

Sales Training Content Specialist, LIXIL

Mary Rose Debor is the training content specialist for LIXIL, a global plumbing manufacturer, and an avid Highspot user/advocate! She has degrees in early childhood/special education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in public management from Carnegie Mellon University. Before working for LIXIL, she was an educator for over six years and in Human Resources for one year. These experiences built her passion for learning and helping organizations empower employees to be their best selves.
