Let’s face it, leaders aren’t getting more time in the day, and skill gaps are growing—fast. The solution isn’t giving up control or hiring externally. Instead, optimize workforce learning to make quick and thorough skill building an inevitable outcome.

How? Daily micro-learning content alone isn’t enough to combat the rapid pace of widening skill gaps. People don’t become marathon runners by reading about it, and the same is true for any skill. Your employees need deeper opportunities to learn beyond content consumption and to build skills on your schedule. And this upskilling method doesn’t have to be time consuming or burdensome for administrators. That’s where technology comes into play—learning solutions like academies can help.

Join Christine Crouch, director of the future of work at BMO, and Jen Collins, senior director of client experience – Academies at Degreed, to uncover the ins and outs of this innovative solution.

You’ll explore how academies can:
• Simplify and elevate learning experiences
• Engage employees
• Reduce the burden on administrators
• Efficiently close skill gaps
