Gil Brady, PhD, is an accomplished executive team development expert and leadership consultant. With a client roster including companies like Anheuser-Busch, Harley Davidson, New York Life, Abbvie, R1 RCM, and Xylem, Gil helps executives enhance their relationship intelligence and become effective leaders. Graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1987, Gil’s diverse career spans pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, education, and leadership development. He holds a doctorate in education from George Washington University and an MEd in educational administration from Santa Clara University, and he serves on the boards of Curriki and Cristo Rey High School.
