Eleni Speron is an industrial and organizational (I/O) psychologist with more than 20 years of experience applying behavioral principles to the workplace. She loves helping employees and organizations thrive! She currently works at Right Management as a product portfolio manager of leader assessment. She started her career in the telecommunications industry at AT&T. During her 13-year tenure at AT&T, she managed a product portfolio of selection and assessment processes. She also led project work for various organizational HR initiatives. She then went on to teach I/O graduate-level courses in an online program. From there she went on to work as a consultant in the educational sector. She coached 40+ educational leadership teams on how to embed predictive analytics to drive deeper insights and support school improvement initiatives.

Senior Talent Management Consultant, Organizational Psychologist, Talent Solutions Right Management

Imani Owens has extensive experience designing strategic assessment approaches that align pre-employment hiring goals, development-focused feedback, and assessment tools with organizational objectives. At Right Management, she assists HR leaders with developing structured talent programs for selection, promotion, succession, and development leader assessment. She has worked with HR executives to create coaching and development plans for onboarding, and she has advised senior leaders regarding candidate potential for succession and organizational fit. Additionally, her work as a human capital consultant for Fortune 500 companies for the past 10 years has helped HR leaders make evidence-based decisions using structured interviews and various psychometric tools and data. Her experience assessing mid-managers to C-suite executives for capability and potential has ensured that organizations have the right leaders in place.
