Rocki Basel, Ph.D. joined the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in 2022 and is the director of research. Before joining ATD, she was a researcher for other national membership organizations. Her research interests include workplace culture, employee engagement, mental health, and organizational communication. She has a Ph.D. in communication studies from Kent State University.
Darcie Sanchez is a Global Knowledge Management (KM) Director in Verizon's Learning & Careers Organization. Her expertise lies in optimizing information flow by leveraging technology, processes, and industry best practices. Darcie has spearheaded KM initiatives across Verizon’s consumer and business channels, leading to enhanced knowledge retention, streamlined workflows, and increased innovation. She is deeply knowledgeable in knowledge governance, digital transformation, content management, and integrating AI-driven solutions for knowledge sharing. Darcie is also a dedicated mentor, providing guidance and support to professionals at Verizon in KM methodologies and best practices.
