Leadership assessment is a popular topic, and there are many assessment options available to practitioners. Successfully navigating the world of leadership assessments is important to ensuring your assessment strategy will enable you to achieve your goals. This webinar will show how OPM’s Human Resources Solutions Division uses the Leadership Assessment Framework to facilitate discussions about leadership assessment needs. The framework also provides a foundation for building an assessment strategy to meet the needs of federal agencies.

Henry Thibodeaux is the Manager for the Leadership and Workforce Development Assessment (LWDA) section within the Assessment & Evaluation Branch (AEB). LWDA offers a variety products and services focusing on the development, validation, and administration of leadership and workforce planning assessments to measure leader and employee effectiveness. This includes custom and standardized leadership assessments targeting competencies, personality and leadership potential as well as competency gap assessments for workforce training and development. Henry has been with OPM since 2000 and worked on a wide range of both individual and organizational level assessment projects for multiple Federal agencies. Henry received his Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi and his B.S. in Psychology from Louisiana State University.
