Having a positive mentor is one of the most effective ways of ensuring career growth and development. Most leaders you admire, for example, credit their career development to having a positive mentor. People such as Warren Buffett, Jim Collins, Dave Thomas, and Condoleezza Rice all credit their success to having a positive mentor. This webinar draws on the experiences of people like this to provide useful tips for getting the most out of a mentoring relationship.

The Meaningful Mentoring webinar will focus on helping you create a healthy and fulfilling mentoring relationship. Participants will come away with practical strategies for structuring the mentor/mentee relationship, defining each person’s responsibilities in the relationship, and ensuring that mentor/mentee meeting time is used wisely.
