Global companies are looking to accelerate the onboarding of new hires, improve employee engagement, and reduce time-to-competency. Effective onboarding is critical because it helps new hires to add value quickly, as well as to become engaged and productive members of the company workforce. With a virtual onboarding environment, your organization can engage its new hires and onboard them in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

In this webcast, Tom Masotto, Vice President of Product Management at ON24, will present industry research that your company can use to make a business case for virtual onboarding, including statistics that support the following benefits of how to:

  • train your global new hires at a significantly lower cost
  • decrease new hires’ time to proficiency
  • provide a more engaging new-hire onboarding experience
  • improve new employee satisfaction and retention.
