How can you thrive, not just survive, in challenging times? What kind of leadership does it take to weather crises and turnarounds? This presentation, conducted by Bob Vanourek, is based on his proven experience in the trenches of massive turnarounds. It will help you succeed in the most challenging of leadership crucibles. Compelling, actionable steps, but not for egomaniacs or shrinking violets. These practices take both humility and courage.

Bob was the CEO of five companies, including a billion-dollar company and two NYSE firms going through crises. He speaks, teaches, trains, and blogs on leadership and are co-authors of the award-winning book, Triple Crown Leadership: Building Excellent, Ethical, and Enduring Organizations.
