She holds a bachelor of science from Iowa State University and a master of science from Middle Tennessee State University. She has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare field and support services arena and describes herself as a lifelong learner. She has a passion for the frontline associate and enjoys mentoring, training, growing, and developing others.
