Charles has been working with practical application of the 70:20:10 model for almost 20 years and is known worldwide for his work and advocacy of the approach.

He has led teams of learning and performance specialists in global companies with a razor-like focus on improving productivity and ensuring quality. Having held senior CLO roles in global companies, Charles has deep experience of L&D’s need to demonstrate value and the ways to go about doing it.

Charles is a Fellow of the Royal Society for Arts (FRSA), a Fellow of the Learning & Performance Institute (FLPI), and a Fellow of the British Institute for Learning & Development (FBILD). Also, Senior Advisor at the EFMD.
