Yvette Kennedy joined Explorance in January of 2020 as VP of Consulting after 20 years in both in house and client facing consulting roles in Human Resources. She gets satisfaction by helping clients identify talent strategies that impact employee engagement and business growth. Yvette also has experience with a variety of people engagement programs, including rewards and recognition, performance and career management, and organizational development. While at Explorance, she has been most excited about the opportunity to help clients leverage people analytics and key internal drivers to align to employee engagement, a positive culture and strong growth.
