Kelly Bair is a program specialist managing the volunteer education program at the Institute of Electronics and Electrical Engineers. Graduating from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, Kelly holds a Masters of Education in Higher Education and a B.A. in Marine Science and Biology from the University of Hawaii at Hilo. It was in Hawaii where she began her career as a Student Affairs professional where she discovered her passion for learning and development.
In her current role she has helped hundreds of volunteers successfully navigate and execute their individual roles. Pulling from over 20 plus years of experience she has designed and developed an successful on-boarding and continued development program that empowers and sustains her volunteers from the beginning to end of their leadership cycles.
Kelly is also a proud recipient of the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) designation and volunteers with her local Mid NJ ATD Chapter as a membership and event planning liaison.
