Blake McGowan is Head of Product Marketing and Senior Principal Ergonomics Technical Fellow at VelocityEHS, with more than 25 years of experience helping global manufacturing organizations design, deploy, and sustain formalized ergonomics programs that achieve best-in-class performance.

In his current role, Blake is responsible for translating deep customer and market insights into go-to-market strategy, positioning, and thought leadership, ensuring VelocityEHS ergonomics solutions deliver measurable business, risk, and workforce outcomes.

Blake holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Management from Harvard University, as well as Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada. He is a Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE) and is widely recognized for his expertise in advancing ergonomics from a perceived “safety add-on” to a non-negotiable business initiative that drives injury reduction, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
