Debbie Richards, president of Creative Interactive Ideas, was named one of the most influential people in corporate eLearning in 2018. She works with organizations to design, develop, and deliver technology-based adult learning programs with measurable impact. Debbie loves working with Adobe eLearning programs. She was an early adopter of Adobe Captivate and Dreamweaver. Active in emerging technologies, her latest publication is the ATD at Work issue "Seeing the Possibilities With Augmented Reality."

Passionate about working with and mentoring other learning professionals, she is the president-elect of the Association for Talent Development Houston Chapter and a past ATD national adviser for chapters. She is the 2019 ATD Technology Conference Advisory Council chairperson.
